Weird… I wanted to dislike this book, but it kept me interested and involved. Great characters, but missing an actual storyline. I kept thinking it was there, but it was just a thread to move the two main characters around each other. Not in a bad way, but maybe missing the singular piece to make this an "A". Ends with Xtian taking a job in the same way Edison did - she is now working for the "They"
