At this point, any continuation of the story is welcomed. This split the story between a few arcs (Lobsang discovering a new type of people, Sally on the Long Mars, and Maggie going so far into the long earth) - they all found "The Next" - the story ends with Lobsang destroying happy landings so the Next can be free. However, I did not feel the draw into this book that I did on the others. Solid, but where is the story really going at this point?
